I see my core role as one helping clients navigate back to who they are, and to see more clearly the strengths they possess. This leaves them feeling empowered to deal with the challenges that inevitably come their way. I do not ignore the ‘shadow’ side of people, but I work with this so that individuals regulate themselves more effectively within the world.
Working with an individual’s inner-world requires strong ethics, care and respect. I am a Registered Member of both the Association for Coaching and British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also remember the need for humanity in all my dealings with my clients, as it is through our joint working together, that the most powerful changes will emerge.
In summary, I offer a confidential space in which clients can gain insight into themselves and through this deeper connection be more in tune with their needs and those of others.
